We ship every Tuesday, excluding public holidays. So every order made before 12pm on a Tuesday will be shipped on the week of the purchase. Every order made after 12pm on a Tuesday will be shipped the following week.

Orders will arrive within 1-3 business days from the shipping day (Tuesday), outlying areas may take longer.

Allow up to 5 business days for islands.

 

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

Europe 20 € 

We ship every Tuesday, excluding public holidays. So every order made before 12pm on a Tuesday will be shipped on the week of the purchase. Every order made after 12pm on a Tuesday will be shipped the following week. 

Orders will arrive within 1-3 business days from the shipping day (Tuesday), outlying areas may take longer.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Greece and the Greek Islands.

 

DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

International shipping rates may vary by country. We ship every Tuesday, excluding public holidays. So every order made before 12pm on a Tuesday will be shipped on the week of the purchase. Every order made after 12pm on a Tuesday will be shipped the following week. 

Orders will arrive within 3-6 business days from the shippingg day (Tuesday); outlying areas may take longer.

We ship outside the EU on the basis of the unpaid delivery service (DDU). 

 

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES

We operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any import duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional costs are the responsibility of our customer and must be paid upon delivery of the order. This also applies to returns.

These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may need to provide additional information to clear your order. Please contact your local customs authority for further information.

 

TERMS OF RETURN

For returns, the indications contained in the Terms & Conditions (articles 11 and 12) apply. the conditions will be communicated via the email address ciao@missablondi.it

For the purposes of reimbursement, the products must have been evaluated and accepted by the Supplier and be complete with Report and Return Code in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Please note that all shipping costs resulting from the return are paid by the Buyer
